What is included

What is not included

The offer applies to monitoring fees only. It does not cover:

  • Equipment and materials
  • Installation, programming and labor
  • Permits and inspection fees
  • Cellular, network or other connectivity charges
  • Taxes and any other third-party fees

Commercial properties only. Residential requests are not eligible.
The property must be inside the VDS commercial service area.
A signed VDS monitoring agreement and a compatible system are required.
The offer applies to new commercial monitoring customers and qualifying takeovers.
